Why Promotional Items?

I am going to a trade show, how many giveaways should I take?

We are often asked that quesiton.  The answer is easy.  At a trade show you never want to just leave your promotional giveaways and gifts out for anyone to take.  Too many people who do not care about your products or service will just take what every they can.  You want to keep your giveaways out of site and only give them to people you actually speak to about your products or services.   Take the number of people you have in your booth and mutiply it by the number of hours you will booth wil be open.  Then multipy that number by 12 (you can only talk to about 12 people an hour successfully) and you have the number of products you should take.  So many exhibitors try and have something for everyone in attendence. If you do that, you will have to buy thousands of products at a low cost.  Your are much better off with fewer products to give away but of greater value. You will get a much better response from them.  Thanks for asking.

You are in luck.  We have a special no minimum store (see the link  in the lower right of our home page) that allows you to order as few as one polo shirt or other apparel. You can order it yourself or you can talk to us and we can order it for you. You might also look at other low minimum products available for a wide variety of applications. 

 
I have an A/C business and need to let my customers know about the new changes coming down next year

Thanks Jessie for your great question.  As I understand it all new air conditioners will use a new cooling chemical next year and you want to inform your existing customers about this change. You want to let them know to get all maintainence done now before the change.  Good idea!    I would suggest you send all existing customers a thank you gift (we can recommend lots of great ideas for this).  You will be thanking them for their past business AND letting them know about this new change. In this way you are solidifing your customers' loyalty while informing them of options they need to consider.  Great question.
